Basic Eligibility
Basic Eligibility
Applicants should:
Be 18 years of age or older
Be able to live independently without 24-hour supervision
Have a source of income or be actively working toward obtaining one
Be willing to share a bedroom with other residents (2-3 residents per bedroom) *Only 3 residents in oversized rooms
Be willing to follow all house rules and community standards
Be able to pay the applicable monthly program fee
Complete the application and screening process

Program fees start at $600 per month. Fees include housing, utilities, Wi-Fi, furnished common areas, access to a washer and dryer, and a twin bed with linens. Eligibility and income guidelines apply.

Our mission is to help residents achieve greater independence while living in a respectful, community-oriented home.
Who is eligible to apply?
Who is eligible to apply?
Our housing may be appropriate for adults who meet our eligibility requirements, including individuals with a stable source of income such as employment, Social Security, SSDI, SSI, retirement benefits, veterans benefits, or other qualifying income. All applicants must successfully complete our screening and approval process.

Is this an assisted living or medical facility?
No. Memphis Haven of Restoration is not an assisted living facility, nursing home, medical provider, or personal care home. Residents must be able to live independently and manage their own daily needs.

No. Bedrooms are shared with 1-2 roommate(s). There are 2-3 residents per bedroom. There could be up to 3 residents in an oversized bedroom.
