Future Residents

Memphis Haven of Restoration welcomes referrals and applications from:

• Veterans

• Adults with disabilities who can live independently

• Seniors and retirees

• Individuals on SSI, SSDI, or fixed income

• Working adults seeking affordable shared housing

• Adults transitioning from homelessness or unstable housing

• Adults referred by hospitals, case managers, nonprofits, or government agencies

Basic Eligibility

Applicants should:

• Be 18 years of age or older

• Be able to live independently without 24-hour supervision

• Have a source of income or be actively working toward obtaining one

• Be willing to share a bedroom with other residents (2-3 residents per bedroom)  *Only 3 residents in oversized rooms

• Be willing to follow all house rules and community standards

• Be able to pay the applicable monthly program fee

• Complete the application and screening process

• Shared independent living accommodations

• Multiple occupancy bedrooms (2-3 residents per bedroom)

*Only 3 residents in oversized rooms

• Access to public transportation

• Furnished common living areas

• Twin bed with linens provided

• Access to a washer and dryer

• Utilities included

• Wi-Fi included

Program Fees

Program fees start at $600 per month. Fees include housing, utilities, Wi-Fi, furnished common areas, access to a washer and dryer, and a twin bed with linens. Eligibility and income guidelines apply.
